Shipping & Return Policy
Returning a style couldn't be easier. Try your purchases in the comfort of your own home, and if you need to send them back, you have 7 days from package arrival to exchange or return unworn full-priced garments. All sale items are considered Final Sale and will not be accepted for return or exchange.
All items must not be worn, washed or damaged, and must have all tags attached in order to be eligible for a return. Request Return Authorization (RA#) by emailing email@example.com with "return" in the title. Items returned without an Return Authorization (RA) number cannot be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense. Items must be received at our studio within 14 days of your RA issue date. Upon acceptance of the merchandise for return, we will process your refund, at which time you will be notified by email. We reserve the right to reject any return/exchange that does not comply with the conditions stated above.
Shipping is within the USA only. For international orders, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost. Please note that we do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods.
